Has my order been shipped?
When your order has been dispatched, we will notify you be email; please ensure you check your 'junk' mail if ordering from Statement Alice for the first time. Orders placed before 15:00PM (GMT) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 15:00PM (GMT) will be shipped the following working day, unless 'UK Next Working Day' delivery is selected. Please note, orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
Can I amend my order?
As we try and dispatch our items as quickly as possible, it is not always possible to amend your order. If you have received email confirmation your order has been dispatched, unfortunately you will not be able to amend your order. If, however, no email has been received, please complete the 'Contact Us' form on our website with details of what you would like to amend and we will try our best to accommodate before your order is processed.
Can I get a refund?
As all our items are handmade from around the world, we do not offer refunds. You can however exchange your item for another, providing the item is not of a lesser value than the one being exchanged. If you would like to exchange your item, please complete the 'Contact Us' form on our website and provide details of the item(s) you would like to exchange. How long will pre-ordered items take to arrive?
We try our best to get any order to our customers, as quickly as possible. When an order is placed on pre-order, we estimate the delivery time will be 14 working days. We will keep you updated via email if your order is received earlier with an email confirming your order has been dispatched. If there are any issues with pre-ordered items and the delivery will be delayed past 14 working days, we will also contact you via email.
